FlagGems#
FlagGems (version 5.0.2 or higher) is required with DFLAGGEMS_BUILD_C_EXTENSIONS enabled. For source installation, refer to the FlagGems Installation Guide.
Note
FlagGems is optional on Huawei Ascend platform.
